The Circuit Court of the City of Richmond shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any suit brought in Virginia against the Authority, and process in such suit shall be served either on the State Comptroller or the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners.\nCode 1950, § 22-29.14; 1962, c. 194; 1980, c. 559.
