§ 22-1-31

Before entering upon the duties of office, each person appointed to a school board shall take and subscribe the oath prescribed for an officer of this Commonwealth as provided in Chapter 1 (§ 49-1 et seq.) of Title 49.\nCode 1950, §§ 22-66, 22-91; 1980, c. 559.
