A. The Authority is subject to the provisions of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (§ 2.2-3700 et seq.), including the exclusions set forth in subdivision 14 of § 2.2-3705.7 and subdivision A 23 of § 2.2-3711.\nB. For purposes of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (§ 2.2-3700 et seq.), meetings of the board are not considered meetings of the board of visitors of the University.
