The provisions of the Virginia Personnel Act (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.), the Workforce Transition Act (§ 2.2-3200 et seq.), the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.), and the Virginia Public Procurement Act (§ 2.2-4300 et seq.) do not apply to the Authority in its exercise of any power conferred to it under this chapter.\n1996, cc. 905, 1046, § 23-50.16:34; 2016, c. 588.
