The provisions of the Virginia Personnel Act (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.), the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.), and the Virginia Public Procurement Act (§ 2.2-4300 et seq.) do not apply to the Medical School in its exercise of any power conferred under this chapter.\n2016, c. 588.
