No property that is within an agricultural and forestal district as provided by Chapter 43 (§ 15.2-4300 et seq.) of Title 15.2 shall be condemned except in accordance with §§ 15.2-4312 and 15.2-4313.\n1977, c. 681, § 25-46.2:2; 2003, c. 940.
