§ 28-2-907

Any proceeding under any section of this subtitle shall be before a court of competent jurisdiction in the county or city (i) in which the offense was committed or (ii) adjacent to the waters in which the offense was committed.\nCode 1950, § 28-218; 1962, c. 406, § 28.1-193; 1992, c. 836.
