It shall be a misdemeanor to violate any regulation promulgated pursuant to this title. Any person violating such a regulation shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor unless another penalty is specified.\nCode 1950, § 29-129; 1987, c. 488; 1988, c. 19.
