The Pork Industry Board is continued within the Department. The Pork Industry Board shall consist of 12 members appointed by the Governor, subject to confirmation by the General Assembly. Members of the Pork Industry Board shall be selected, as far as possible, so as to give representation to the principal pork-producing areas of Virginia.
