§ 3-2-2107

The question to be printed on the ballots used in any referendum authorized in § 3.2-2105 on the continuation of the Sheep Industry Board and assessment shall be as follows:\n'Do you favor the continuation of the Sheep Industry Board and the continuation of the levy of an assessment of up to $1 per head for all sheep sold within the Commonwealth?\n_____ Yes\n_____ No.'\n1995, c. 691, § 3.1-1073; 2008, c. 860.
