The Board may adopt regulations to:\n1. Suppress bee diseases by regulating the movement of bees and controlling or destroying disease reservoirs;\n2. Require apiary identification;\n3. Adopt colony strength standards for pollination services;\n4. Promote the sale and distribution of bees and their products; and\n5.
