Application for a license as a licensed public weighmaster shall be made upon a form provided by the Commissioner and the application shall furnish evidence that the applicant has the qualifications required by § 3.2-5802.\nCode 1950, § 3-709.4; 1962, c. 126; 1966, c. 702, § 3.1-973; 2008, c. 860.
