§ 30-59-1

For the purposes of §§ 30-58.1 and 30-59, the terms 'state agency,' 'state agencies,' 'agency,' and 'agencies' shall mean all executive, judicial, and legislative entities of the Commonwealth as well as all constitutionally or statutorily created state entities.\n1979, c. 731.
