The Director of Medical Assistance Services is authorized, subject to the state plan provided for in § 32.1-325 and any other regulations of the Board, to make payments to or on behalf of eligible persons in state-owned mental hospitals, nursing or geriatric units or other state-owned medical facilities.\n1984, c. 781.
