§ 32-1-330-4

Every individual who requests a screening for the purpose of enrollment in a PACE plan, as defined in § 32.1-330.3, shall be eligible for such screening, regardless of whether the individual is eligible under the state plan for medical assistance.\n2014, c. 413.
