Application for a permit to operate a migrant labor camp shall be made to the Commissioner at least thirty days before such camp is to be opened on a form prescribed by the Board. A separate application shall be submitted for each camp.\nCode 1950, § 32-416; 1962, c. 251; 1979, c. 711.
