§ 32-1-243

All agencies and institutions of the Commonwealth shall cooperate with the Board and, on request, furnish to the Board all information in their possession concerning toxic substances.\nCode 1950, § 32-434; 1976, c. 627; 1979, c. 711; 1992, c. 203.
