Subject to compliance with applicable federal regulations, the Commissioner of Highways shall establish a plan for identification and acquisition of rights-of-way that may be needed within the corridors designated on the Statewide Transportation Plan.\n2013, cc. 585, 646, § 33.1-89.3; 2014, c. 805.
