§ 33-2-1905

Each transportation district created pursuant to this chapter, or pursuant to an act of the General Assembly, is hereby created as a body corporate and politic under the name of, and to be known by, the name of the district with the word 'commission' appended.\n1964, c. 631, § 15.1-1346; 1997, c. 587, § 15.1-4505; 2014, c. 805.
