Subject to the provisions of Chapter 29 (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.) of Title 2.2, the Director may employ such permanent and temporary clerical, technical and other assistants as are necessary or advisable for the proper administration of the provision of this chapter.\n1972, c. 829; 1974, c. 668; 1977, c. 613.
