§ 38-2-1004

Each member of a domestic mutual insurer shall have one vote, or a number of votes based upon the insurance in force, the number of policies held, or the amount of premiums paid, as provided in the bylaws of the insurer.\nCode 1950, § 38-507; 1952, c. 317, § 38.1-77; 1986, c. 562.
