§ 38-2-1007

At least thirty days before the meeting of policyholders required by § 38.2-1006, the insurer shall mail notice of the meeting to each policyholder at the last known address or shall deliver the notice in person to the policyholder.\nCode 1950, § 38-421; 1952, c. 317, § 38.1-490; 1986, c. 562.
