§ 38-2-1202

A reciprocal licensed to transact the business of insurance in this Commonwealth may write the classes of insurance enumerated in Article 2 (§ 38.2-101 et seq.) of Chapter 1 of this title, except life insurance, annuities, and title insurance.\nCode 1950, § 38-543; 1952, c. 317, § 38.1-690; 1986, c. 562.
