§ 38-2-1404

Any investment held on July 1, 1983, that was permitted at the time it was made under former § 38.1-181 or former §§ 38.1-183 through 38.1-217, shall be classified as a Category 1 investment.\n1983, c. 457, § 38.1-217.5; 1986, c. 562.
