§ 38-2-1500

This chapter shall, except as otherwise stated, apply to every insurer transacting, attempting to transact, or representing itself as transacting an insurance business in this Commonwealth, or which is in the process of organization as an insurer.\n1952, c. 317, § 38.1-126; 1986, c. 562.
