Insurance marketed to certificate holders of a group that does not qualify pursuant to § 38.2-3318.1 must be marketed by a person holding a valid life and health insurance agent license as required by Chapter 18 (§ 38.2-1800 et seq.) of this title.\n1998, c. 154.
