Pursuant to § 38.2-223, the Commission may adopt rules and regulations to implement and administer the provisions of §§ 38.2-3445 through 38.2-3445.06, including rules and regulations governing the arbitration process established in § 38.2-3445.02.\n2020, cc. 1080, 1081.
