A. Except as provided in subsection B, no sale or delivery of alcoholic beverages shall be made at any government store, nor shall any such store be kept open for the sale of alcoholic beverages:\n1. On Sunday;\n2. On Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day; or\n3. During such other periods and on such other days as the Board may direct.\nB.
