Any person who possesses or consumes marijuana or marijuana products while operating a school bus and transporting children is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. For the purposes of this section, 'school bus' has the same meaning as provided in § 46.2-100.\n2021, Sp. Sess. I, cc. 550, 551.
