The Board may suspend or revoke any license if it finds that the licensee has been convicted for a violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324a (f), as amended, for actions of its managers or otherwise constituting a pattern or practice of employing unauthorized aliens on the licensed premises in the Commonwealth.\n2012, c. 643.
