A. No person shall purchase or possess, offer for sale or use, sell, or use any powdered or crystalline alcohol product.\nB. As used in this section, 'powdered or crystalline alcohol' means a product that is manufactured into a powdered or crystalline form and that contains any amount of alcohol.\nC.
