§ 4-1-309-1

Any person who possesses or consumes an alcoholic beverage while operating a school bus and transporting children is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. For purposes of this section, 'school bus' shall have the same meaning as provided in § 46.2-100.\n2010, c. 169.
