No person shall keep, store, or have in his possession any still or distilling apparatus for the purpose of distilling alcohol without a permit from the Board.\nAny person convicted of a violation of this section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.\nCode 1950, § 4-77; 1993, c. 866; 2020, c. 386.
