A. The Virginia Cannabis Control Authority shall consist of the Board of Directors, the Cannabis Public Health Advisory Council, the Chief Executive Officer, and the agents and employees of the Authority.\nB. Nothing contained in this subtitle shall be construed as a restriction or limitation upon any powers that the Board might otherwise have under any other law of the Commonwealth.\n2021, Sp. Sess.
