§ 45-2-1223

Any violation of any provision of this chapter or of any order of the Director is a misdemeanor punishable by a maximum fine of $1,000 or a maximum of one year in jail, or both.\n1968, c. 734, § 45.1-188; 1974, c. 312; 2021, Sp. Sess. I, c. 387.
