§ 45-2-1607

All funds, except civil penalties collected pursuant to § 45.2-1608, collected by or appropriated to the Department pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be expended only for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter.\n1990, c. 92, § 45.1-361.7; 2021, Sp. Sess. I, c. 387.
