§ 45-2-700

The provisions of this chapter and Chapter 8 (§ 45.2-800 et seq.) shall apply to the operation of any underground coal mine in the Commonwealth and shall supplement the provisions of Chapter 5 (§ 45.2-500 et seq.).\n1994, c. 28, § 45.1-161.105; 2021, Sp. Sess. I, c. 387.
