Except as otherwise provided, all fees collected by the Commissioner under §§ 46.2-651 through 46.2-653 shall be paid into the state treasury and set aside as a special fund to be used to meet the expenses of the Department.\n1987, c. 696, § 46.1-44.2; 1989, c. 727; 2012, c. 443.
