The Judicial Retirement System is continued and shall be administered by the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Retirement System. Except as otherwise provided, the provisions of Chapter 1 (§ 51.1-124.1 et seq.) of this title shall apply to and govern the administration of the Judicial Retirement System.\n1970, c. 779, § 51-160; 1990, c. 832.
