Subject to such rules as he may prescribe, the sheriff or jail superintendent may permit participants in jail industry programs to sell to the public artistic products personally crafted by the participants. Such artistic products shall include, but are not limited to, paintings, pottery and leatherwork.\n1992, c. 859.
