§ 53-1-212

All courts, departments, agencies, officers and employees of this Commonwealth and its political subdivisions are hereby directed to enforce the Agreement on Detainers and to cooperate with one another and with other party states in enforcing the agreement and effectuating its purpose.\nCode 1950, § 53-304.3; 1970, c. 407; 1982, c. 636.
