A. It shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person to:\n1. Practice nursing under the authority of a license or record illegally or fraudulently obtained or signed or issued unlawfully or under fraudulent representation;\n2. Practice nursing unless licensed to do so under the provisions of this chapter;\n3. Knowingly employ an unlicensed person as a professional or practical nurse or knowingly permit an unlicensed person to represent himself as a professional or practical nurse;\n4. Use in connection with his name any designation tending to imply that he is a professional nurse or a practical nurse unless duly licensed to practice under the provisions of this chapter;\n5. Practice professional nursing or practical nursing during the time his license is suspended or revoked;\n6. Conduct a nursing education program for the preparation of professional or practical nurses unless the program has been approved by the Board; or\n7. Engage in the practice of massage therapy or hold himself out as practicing massage therapy unless he holds a license as a massage therapist issued by the Board.\nB.
