A licensee who is active duty military or is the spouse of an individual who is active duty military may designate one of the following as the home state:\n1. Home of record;\n2. Permanent Change of Station (PCS); or\n3. State of current residence if it is different from the PCS state or home of record.\n2019, c. 300.
