§ 55-1-208

When a married person, having title to any estate, dies intestate, such estate, or any part of such estate, shall pass according to the provisions of Chapter 2 (§ 64.2-200 et seq.) of Title 64.2, subject to his debts.\nCode 1919, § 5138; Code 1950, § 55-46; 1990, c. 831; 2019, c. 712.
