The deed of each individual apartment shall express the particulars prescribed under subdivisions 1 and 2 of § 55.1-2008 relative to the apartments concerned and shall also express all encumbrances on such apartments.\n1962, c. 627, § 8, § 55-79.8; 2019, c. 712.
