§ 55-1-2410

Upon a petition filed pursuant to § 55.1-2409, the court may impanel a jury to ascertain any facts that may be disputed and may set aside the verdict. The escheator may initiate a new inquest in accordance with § 55.1-2405.\nCode 1919, § 498; Code 1950, § 55-177; 2019, c. 712.
