§ 55-1-2521

Any holder of tangible or intangible personal property the owner of which is unlocatable may voluntarily report the property to the administrator, prior to the statutory due dates, whereupon the property shall be presumed abandoned under this chapter.\n1981, c. 47, § 55-210.10:2; 1983, c. 190; 2019, c. 712.
