§ 55-1-2703

In any action relating to the ownership of any property described in § 55.1-2700, the person, other than the owner of such land, claiming to be the owner of the property must prove his ownership in order to sustain his claim.\nCode 1919, § 3572; Code 1950, § 55-210; 2019, c. 712.
