§ 55-1-2905

All rental agreements, entered into prior to July 1, 1981, that have not been extended or renewed after that date, shall remain valid and may be enforced or terminated in accordance with their terms or as permitted by any other statute or law of the Commonwealth.\n1981, c. 627, § 55-421; 2019, c. 712.
