§ 55-1-301

Unless the deed provides otherwise, any deed conveying land shall be construed to include all the estate, right, title, and interest, both at law and in equity, of the grantor in or to such land.\nCode 1919, § 5163; Code 1950, § 55-49; 2019, c. 712.
